"LAW IS NOT LOVE..." - The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan -
If there were no law there would be total chaos and love would not be able to live, neither would peace. We must have law for the sake of order. However, law without LOVE is tyranny, abuse, rude, oppressive, judgmental, confining and vain.
DID YOU KNOW THAT 'LOVE' IS THE HIGHEST FORM OF JUSTICE? If Justice is the law that dictates that we reap what we sow, then sowing the seeds of LOVE is the real mission in life and the challenge of everyday! Starting with your near of kin. I have always LOVED my family With the exception of none.
While each one have shared at one time or another some of their woes and challenges in life, I refuse to judge them as it is not my or your place to do. I've chosen to LOVE them as they have LOVED me always UNCONDITIONALLY!!!!
THE MOST HONORABLE ELIJAH MUHAMMAD said 'Love' means FREEDOM, JUSTICE and EQUALITY. If we would only practice this fundamental universal principle, we would experience PEACE and HAPPINESS in all of our interpersonal relationships, and especially at home, in our marriages and in the Mosques. Love appeals to the righteous nature of each other.
So, the most enduring images in my mind of my Mother, Father, Minister (Uncle) and Brother Wallace (PBUH) are what I am sharing with you all today hoping to inspire you to LOVE more and judge less each other. Leave judgement exclusively for ALLAH. let's start this year off by simply loving and thinking better about each other as family.
REMEMBER.. Law is not 'Love'.... LOVE IS HEALING!! :-)
