COVID-19: A Pestilence from Heaven

Can this virus be averted? Yes! I’m reminded how as a little boy my father, the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, told me that nothing is impossible and that if you can think it, it can be. A mere thought or idea in the mind is proof of the possibility. Why are the world’s scientists having such a hard time coming up with a ‘cure’ for this virus? I’m not a scientist in the field of medicine or vaccines that counter the various viruses that we become infected by. However, I do know that for anything that we want to study the root of, we must examine the cause. Causality is what the whole of cosmic creation is made of. Everything in the physical and material universe is rooted in the mental and Divine field of the thinking of ALLAH (God) The Creator.

There is a cure for any and everything that ails and afflicts the human being when (and only when) the human being is in the quality of consciousness of a ‘MUSLIM’. A Muslim is an Arabic linguistic term that means a person who is in a state of mind and lifestyle of obedience to the Will and Way of ALLAH (God). Because ALLAH has given Man (regardless of their creed, class or color) ‘free will’, what we experience in the quality of our lives is a direct result of how we exercise our ‘will’. The Holy Qur’an teaches us that “And whatever misfortune befalls you, it is on account of what your hands have wrought…” (Surah 42 Verse 30). This chapter and verse, as all of them, reveals a mathematical sequence that conveys a message that is congruent with the actual words expressed.

Surah (or Chapter) 42 is entitled “The Counsel”. Whenever there is a problem, we are encouraged to seek counsel for the best response. Imagine if we practiced incorporating ‘counseling’ to the emotional side of each of us before reacting. In fact, this is the power in the words of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad when he encourages us to think five times before we speak. Our words carry weight as they can make others feel good or feel bad. We should not be careless with this great power that comes out of our mouth; not only to the ear of the person we are addressing, but also the atmosphere that we all have to live in.

Words are verbal sounds of expressed thought. For this reason, scientifically, it can be proven that every time you open your mouth you are literally putting your mind on display! So, be careful what you say as they play a direct role in cause and effect. If nothing befalls us other than what our own hands have wrought, which means done imperfectly or outside of righteous moral conduct, then we can see very clearly how a lyric from an old 1970s song by Stevie Wonder is absolutely true: “You hate to be ridiculed but you brought this upon yourself…”. As human beings blessed and endowed with the ability to exercise free will, it is not hard to see how our thinking colors our life and the quality of all of our relationships.

In the Teachings of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and his representative the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, we are persuaded to think righteously to avoid unrighteous consequences. The wrong words cannot only hurt people, but they can utterly destroy them if they have not cultivated a good defense against the onslaught of a foolish person’s expression. A good word and positive expression is always Divine. This makes it curative and medicinal to any disorder that we or another is experiencing. In the Bible, God says “physician, heal thyself”. This has to do with the power of our own thinking and not limited to those of a titled profession. The cure to any human problem is technically found in our thinking; first about ourselves intrapersonally and then regarding all that surrounds us through the vicissitudes of life. We are the cause of what we experience that has a negative effect in our lives.

Anything that goes wrong in our lives is caused by us in one way or another, rooted in our thinking and attitude before a challenge. Because the scriptures in the Bible say that none is good but the Father, then every righteous thought and occurrence is praise that is due to ALLAH (God) because good is only good when it serves the Will of ALLAH, not simply our own. The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan has shared with us that ‘praise’ was never meant for the human being and when we give it to ourselves or each other, it is as administering poison. So as a note-to-self: All Praise is Due to ALLAH and none of it to ourselves.

Why can’t the world’s scientists come up with a cure for COVID-19? First of all, in the medical field, there are a number of illnesses that they have no cure for so they use the term ‘treatment’. The vaccines that are being commercialized as a deterrent for COVID-19 is NOT a cure! These are only treatments to slow down, if anything, the effects while the virus itself mutates into something even more potent. However, the cure is in the origin. If we examine, in the Scriptures of the Bible, the words found in the Book of Galatians Chapter 6 Verses 1-10, we will see a condition that to a degree most all of us are currently in from the standpoint of our thinking and/or reasoning with The Time in which we currently live:

1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

5 For every man shall bear his own burden.

6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. (Galatians 6:1-10 KJV)

I will leave you, for now, to study and examine what we have put forth in this post. Because of the length, I will leave it at: To Be Continued...😇
